Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, from large enterprises and research universities, to seed-stage startups and nonprofits. We are the only cloud provider offering a platform that shows all GPUs available to be rented at any point in time with transparent, market-based pricing, in addition to long-term reserve contracts for our customers.

As our HR Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our employee experience by supporting our "Rangers" from candidacy and throughout the employee lifecycle!

Note: this is a hybrid, 3 days in office position. We are not able to provide sponsorship for this position.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, particularly in the tech sector, or 3 years of equivalent People experience required.

• Familiarity with HR tech stacks (Applicant tracking system, HRIS)

• Experience with payroll and benefits administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve employee issues promptly and effectively.

• SHRM and/or PHR certification a big plus
