Outbound Sales specialist - Intern

As our Outbound Sales Intern, you’ll be helping us reach new leads by running email campaigns, analyzing what works (and what doesn’t), and finding ways to make our outreach stronger.

You’ll get to work directly with our founders and be at the heart of our sales strategy.

Here’s a bit more about what you’ll be doing:

• Create & Launch Campaigns:Use Gmass to craft and send out lead-generation campaigns that get prospects interested.
• Dig into Data: Track performance, spot trends, and figure out what gets prospects to engage.
• A/B Test Like a Pro: Try out different email copy, analyse the results, and keep improving.
• Boost Deliverability: Make sure our emails get seen, not stuck in spam.
• Team Up with Founders: Work closely with our co-founders to shape and refine our outbound strategies.
• Stay Sharp on Trends: Keep up with the latest email marketing trends, tools and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Optimize, Optimize, Optimize: Use data to make smart decisions and continuously improve how we do things.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re studying or recently finished a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or something similar.
• You’re comfortable with email marketing tools (if you’ve used Gmass, even better).
• You’re curious about testing, tweaking, and getting the best possible results from campaigns.
• You’ve got a way with words and can write emails that get noticed.
• You like using data to make decisions and aren’t afraid to try new things.
• You’re a team player who’s also good at working on your own. We hate Micro-management!
