*WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? *
Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, implementing effective engagement and retention strategies for different user segments.
Manage and execute key reactivation channels, including push notifications, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and in-app/web communications.
Identify customer personas, create relevant customer segments, and develop targeted strategies for these segments across multiple channels.
Develop a CRM plan using user segmentation to deliver personalized and relevant communications, guiding users through the funnel.
Analyze data to identify pain points, effective communication strategies, and optimal conversion times.
Collaborate with the creative team to design templates for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
Work with product, tech, and business teams to improve user journeys and experiences, reducing pain points in the funnel.
Take responsibility for achieving monthly and quarterly retention targets.
WHO YOU ARE?
In-depth knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools such as Web Engage, Clever Tap, MO Engage, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in a retention and growth role within a D2C environment.
A passion for marketing with a proven track record in delivering Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies, including segmentation, incentivization, engagement, and retention.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong expertise in Excel for analyzing retention metrics and performing revenue incrementality analysis.
