UI/UX Designer

Scribie is an AI powered audio/video transcription service and looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer to join our team at Scribie and lead the design efforts for our transcription and formatting solutions. Your role will involve creating user-centric designs for a range of products, including web platforms, editing tools, and other interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience that meets industry-specific needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects, including web applications and SaaS products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to enhance designs.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality designs on time.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web platforms, tools, and workflows that cater to transcription and formatting solutions (starting with Legal Industry).
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, dashboards, and editing tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
• Work with the team to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure accessibility standards are met across all products.
