Job Description
1.7 Billion people globally suffer from back & joint pain. Majority of them who are looking to solve the problem aren’t aware of a scientific & convenient way that can fix the root cause of their problem. Hence they try different alternatives. Fix Health’s research proven approach has led to phenomenal recoveries of patients from 6 month old to 95 year olds! With more than 5 million minutes of online sessions, we know our solutions work. We need a creative designer who can take our brand to millions via digital channels across the globe!

What do you need?
Visual Storytelling: The ability to convey a narrative or message through visual elements is crucial for visual designers. They should be adept at using visuals to evoke emotions and communicate effectively.
Composition and Layout: Visual designers should have a keen eye for composition, ensuring that elements are arranged harmoniously on the canvas or screen.
Digital Illustration: Strong illustration skills allow visual designers to create custom graphics and artwork tailored to the project's requirements.
Color Theory: An in-depth understanding of color theory allows visual designers to choose color palettes that evoke the desired emotions and create visual harmony.
User Interface (UI) Design: Knowledge of UI design principles helps visual designers create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for digital products.
Visual Branding: Understanding branding guidelines and creating cohesive visual branding elements ensures consistency across various marketing materials.
Design Trends and Aesthetics: Staying up-to-date with design trends and current aesthetics helps visual designers create contemporary and relevant designs.
Social Media: Someone who is social media savvy with an interest in managing the brand’s social presence is a plus.
What will you do?
Work with growth team to design creatives across physical and digital channels for ads, events and conferences
Work with product and engineering team to intuitive design UI for website and App

Who will you work with?
We are funded by top VCs like Better Capital, Titan Capital. You will work with the core team Fix Health - alumnus of IIT Bombay, BITS Pilani, etc and team of expert clinicians who have treated stalwarts like Indian Olympians, Roger Federer, Sania Mirza. You will also interact with our patients from across demographics in India & 14 other countries!
