What You'll Do:

• Craft & Innovate: Contribute to the design and development of standout features, working closely with UX designers and product architects to ensure our risk management platform remains at the forefront of innovation. Achieve hands-on development excellence in our product and technology stack. Review code and test thoroughly to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Process Improvement: Actively participate in our agile development process, contributing to continuous improvements and efficiency gains to streamline our development workflow.
• Tech Exploration: Explore and pilot new technologies to ensure our technology stack remains up-to-date and cutting-edge.

About You And What Skills You’ll Need:

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing customer-facing products.
• Education: Undergraduate Degree.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in modern Javascript frameworks or libraries such as React, with solid backend skills in Java, and RESTful APIs (AJAX, JSON). Well-acquainted with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative in taking on tasks, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring attention to detail. Resilient and empathetic, committed to fostering a positive and productive team dynamic.
• Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available).
• Nice-to-Haves (preferred but not required): Deep front-end experience with React. Experience with Typescript, familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and modern cloud-based SaaS development experience are all a plus.
