As a Lead Software Engineer at MOLTEN, you will join our product team in the following areas:

• Take ownership of and lead the development of select modules - meet users, define requirements, build, deploy and iterate in Agile sprints
• Build project teams with other engineers, plan and lead sprints
• Contribute to the design, architecture, research of MOLTEN’s core platform (which may include aspects of data transmission, security, back-end and front-end development)
• Test accuracy, performance and scalability to deploy robust systems for global user groups
• Incorporate user-centricity in the product, meet directly with users to collect requirements and feedback to continuously improve and optimize the user experience
• Collaborate with the business development team to best articulate and share the value proposition of your system to its users, and with our technology partners to design and integrate broader solutions
• Train, coach and mentor engineers on the team

Technical skill set: you are expected to have 4 to 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, developing web-based products, with expertise in Python and Javascript. Experience with MongoDB, API documentation, Vue.js, blockchain and devops tools is a strength.
