About the Role
The delivery team at ParallelDots focuses on ensuring successful and seamless implementations of our products for our customers globally. We work on a wide variety of complex and challenging projects to ensure that our solutions meet our customers needs and achieve their business goals. Project Managers at ParallelDots pride themselves on ownership, proactive communication and providing an exceptional customer experience at every step. They are leaders who come in and take initiative in driving efficiencies across projects and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, Associate Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Associate Project Coordinators to execute multiple projects concurrently for our customers.
- Understand the business objectives, define the project scope, and create a plan with clear timelines and deliverables for customers.
- Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including but not limited to, project health and progress. Address any deviations from the project plan in a timely manner.
- Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure projects maintain forward momentum.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks. Develop mitigation plans and execute them effectively.
- Manage project governance structures to ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute project activities seamlessly.
- Understand complex technical issues and devise plans to resolve them and track till closure.
- Proactively identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
- Document lessons learnt and feedback from stakeholders. Incorporate these learnings in future projects.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technology or consulting company.
- A project management certification such as a PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or CSM is desirable.
- A strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs and Master Data Management.
- Past experience with managing complex enterprise projects.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience with interacting with cross-functional teams to resolve inter-dependencies and foster collaboration.
- Strong analytical as well as organizational skill with an ability to handle competing customer demands.
- Ability to achieve the agreed goals & objectives by constantly focusing on a set of priorities.
- Proven ability to deliver projects using either waterfall or agile project management methodologies
- You are passionate about solving problems by understanding customer needs. Should have a growth and learning mindset to solve additional challenges.
