We are looking for someone with a flair for technical writing along with prior software engineering experience and content marketing skills who can help us communicate our brand and the value proposition of our products and services to our existing and potential customers.
The Job:
- Write in-depth technical content around newer technologies and processes being adopted in the Site reliability engineering space
- Write thought provoking content around site reliability engineering for production engineering practitioners
- Manage our Product and API documentation along with all our SDKs
- Manage our Social Media handles and share regular updates around product releases and other company managed events
- Lead our key marketing initiatives around developer events, podcasts, and webinars
- Interact with our customers regularly and write whitepapers and blogs around popular technical use cases
- Manage distribution and syndication of content across online and offline channels
- Own and cultivate the development of Zenduty’s developer community on Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels
- Be the face of the company at developer events in India and abroad
- Manage developer events and meetups - in-office or remote
- Keep a pulse on the broader developments within Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps and software engineering
About You:
- You are passionate about the DevOps, Site Reliability, or Dev Tools space in general
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a software engineering role
- You love writing and talking about tech, in a way that's simple enough for anyone without a tech background to understand
- You are a quick learner and a great listener
- You have written tech blogs in the past and have a strong command of the English language
- You are a natural at community building
- You love writing changelogs and boasting about new releases
You get brownie points for having:
- Any podcasting experience
- Any community experience
- API documentation experience
- Contributions to Open Source Software
