Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visualization, communication design, information design, and web design. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including website rebranding, creating ebooks, designing infographics, developing interactive content, and supporting our video production team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute website rebranding projects, ensuring a cohesive and modern visual identity.
• Design engaging and visually appealing ebooks, infographics, and other digital content.
• Develop interactive content that enhances user engagement and experience.
• Collaborate with the video production team to create supporting graphics and animations.
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Webflow, Outlook, and After Effects to deliver high-quality designs.
• Establish and promote AI-enabled workstreams to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, Outlook, and After Effects.
• Strong visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication design and information design abilities.
• Proven experience in web design and creating interactive content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies, including AI.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of additional design tools and software.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
