About The Role
As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll craft and execute innovative strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement, leveraging diverse channels, including impactful events and webinars. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to scale acquisition channels and test new initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage webinars that generate engagement, build brand trust, and deliver qualified leads.
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing referral channels, identifying areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities.
- Design and execute strategies to maximize the impact of events, creating opportunities for direct connections with potential customers.
- Use data to test, iterate, and refine event and webinar strategies, ensuring they deliver high ROI.
- Develop, implement, and optimize scalable referral marketing and partnership programs that increase customer acquisition and retention.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing and event strategy, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Proven Success: Track record in scaling growth programs with measurable impact.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in A/B testing and data-informed strategy.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Communication: Strong project management and communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 and is based on individual qualifications and experience.
