Job Description:
1. Translate business needs to technical specifications.
2. Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)
3. Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
4. Create tools to store data (e.g. PowerBI datasets, OLAP cubes)
5. Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
6. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
7. Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
8. Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
9. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
10. Develop and update technical documentation.

Must have skills
1. Data visualization: The ability to visualize data to make it more clear and usable.
2. SQL : Strong SQL hands on
3. Data modeling: A good understanding of data modeling is essential to ensure that Power BI reports are flexible, easy to maintain, and don't fail.
4. Data analytics: The ability to develop a big-picture understanding of requirements.
5. Hands on in Power BI self analytics, DAX and other techniques.
6. Problem-solving: The ability to analyze challenges, create plans, and follow through.
7. Communication: The ability to clearly articulate and share findings with both technical and non-technical stake holders.
8. Continuous learning: The ability to keep up with market trends and demands, and acquire new knowledge and skills.

Desirable Skill sets
1. Experience with R/Python
2. Cloud technology
3. Scrum/ Agile environment
4. Healthcare or Insurance Industry experience is preferred
