Podcast Video Editor

We're looking for a talented Podcast Video Editor to join our team and help produce high-quality podcast content. This role involves both post-production and distribution work to ensure our episodes are polished, engaging, and reach the widest possible audience.

Responsibilities:

• Post-Production:
  1) Clean up and edit full podcast episodes (audio and video)
  2) Create reel-style clips for LinkedIn and other social platforms
  3) Design visually appealing podcast covers and video thumbnails

• Distribution:
  1) Upload and distribute episodes on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other relevant platforms
  2) Ensure all uploads meet platform-specific requirements for quality and optimization

Requirements:
1) Proven experience in podcast or video editing, with examples of past work
2) Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools
3) Experience designing covers and thumbnails that align with brand aesthetics
4) Understanding of social media trends and formats for LinkedIn reels and other platforms
5) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content
