We are seeking a confident and driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing supply chain consultancy in East London. You'll connect with supply chain leaders who are struggling with complex, spreadsheet-based planning processes. Through high-volume outbound calling, you'll identify companies that could benefit from our mathematical solutions to their supply chain challenges. For the right candidate showing consistent performance, there's a clear path to progress into an Account Executive role.
Remote or hybrid:
This role is fully remote, but you can also work hybrid 2 days/week at our offices in London or Athens if you prefer.
Full or part-time:
We are also happy to accept applications for part-time work for 3-5 hours/day. Base compensation will scale pro rata, but your bonus can remain the same as full-time if you hit the targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute aggressive outbound calling campaigns to supply chain leaders and decision-makers
- Identify companies still reliant on complex Excel-based supply chain planning
- Use tools like Cognism to build targeted lists of supply chain directors and operations leaders
- Clearly explain how we replace complicated spreadsheets with reliable, mathematical solutions
- Book meetings for our consultants with qualified prospects
Required Qualifications
- High-energy phone presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong listening skills to identify pain points around current processes
- Resilient and persistent approach to high-volume calling
- Professional and articulate communication style
- Excellent command of the English language
What You'll Do
- Make hundreds of outbound calls daily (expecting 10% connection rate and 50% converting to an exploratory meeting)
- Identify companies struggling with complex Excel-based planning
- Qualify opportunities based on: (i) current reliance on complex spreadsheets, (ii) scale of supply chain operations, and (iii) pain points around manual planning
- Book meetings for our consultants
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in CRM

Target and Commission Structure
- Annual target: £150,000 in closed deals from sourced opportunities
- Monthly Activity Target is 45-50 qualified meetings per month
- Quarterly performance review and commission payout based on: (i) quality of meetings (conversion to opportunities), (ii) deals closed from your sourced meetings, and (iii) consistent achievement of activity targets

Compensation
- Base salary (UK): £25,000 - £30,000
- Base salary (GR): £18,000 - £21,000
- OTE (UK): £40,000 - £45,000 (based on hitting annual targets)
