About the role :
S Bhandari Group is looking for an organized, proactive, and motivated sales coordinator to support our sales team by managing inbound and outbound customer queries, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound queries from potential and existing customers via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Outbound Sales Support: Assist the sales team with outbound efforts, including setting up appointments, following up on leads, and sending marketing materials.
Sales Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between the sales team and other departments to streamline communication, coordinate orders, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
Order Processing Support: Assist in processing sales orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
Report Generation: Prepare and analyze sales reports, provide insights into trends, and update management on progress toward targets.
Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services, particularly within the medical field, to better assist customers and the sales team.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 0.5 to 1 year of experience in a sales support or coordination role; experience in the medical field is a plus.
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
