UI/UX Designer- Freelancer

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and evaluate user behavior to identify areas for improvement in user experience.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts.
3. UI Design: Create clean, modern, and responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring brand consistency.
4. Usability Testing: Organize and conduct usability tests to validate design choices and gather user insights to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design into the product development cycle.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, design trends, and technological advancements to inform and inspire our design strategy.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within fintech or SaaS environments.
Proficiency: Strong skills in design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with a focus on creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

Skills:

1. Expertise in responsive and adaptive design.
2. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
4. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability. 5. Designing creatives for LinkedIn in the skillset
