Overview
We’re excited to be looking for a Senior Operations Analyst, Warehousing to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. Reporting to our Senior Operations Manager, Fulfillment at Brooklinen, you’ll partner with warehouse teams to achieve storage efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and support fulfillment SLA monitoring + reporting reconciliations. This role is 60% focused on ensuring inventory accuracy across 3PL warehouses and 40% on optimizing fulfillment excellence.

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and we have a 2 days in/3 days remote schedule.
What you’ll do
- Oversee daily maintenance and reconciliation of inventory adjustments and transfers within our ERP system
- Conduct annual physical inventory counts across warehouses
- Build and manage dashboards to track inventory KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
- Oversee the inventory management for new business initiatives
- Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies across systems, focusing on backorders and oversold items, and implement solutions to reduce future overselling
- Ensure order SLAs align with customer expectations by implementing long-term solutions for stalled orders, shortages, and 3PL-to-carrier scan delays
- Host quarterly business reviews with 3PL warehouses to assess performance metrics, storage efficiency, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and deliver clear, audience-specific communications (written, verbal, presentations)
- Ensure daily tasks are executed effectively, driving efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Take on new responsibilities and initiatives as assigned by Supply Chain/Operations leadership
We're looking for someone who brings
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management and experience with third party logistics partners
- Multi-network and warehouse experience is preferred
- ERP experience is a must (NetSuite is a plus!)
- WMS management experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- An understanding of inventory related best practices and operational transactions
- Proven track record of process building and management
- A proven ability to be a self-starter, multi-task, and work autonomously
- Consistent leadership, communication and collaboration skills

At Brooklinen, we’re committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range for this role is between $70K-86K.
