The Team & Role
As modern businesses expand globally, add new business units, and evolve their processes, the need for diverse integrations between systems becomes crucial. On average, businesses extend their billing and revenue operations to eight different systems or more. The Zuora Integration Hub simplifies the setup of these integration points, reducing time to go live and minimizing the effort required to maintain custom integrations.
As a senior tech lead of the Integration team, you have the opportunity to play an impactful role with your team and build out the interfaces needed to have a seamless experience. Keeping in mind the scalability and opportunity to extend the solution to other ERP systems.
You have the ability to think strategically as well as diving into the details of work streams and focus on quick deliverables to demonstrate progress. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
This is a location specific position that requires you to come into the office regularly to be most effective.
Our Tech Stack: Java, Spring, Rest API, Microservices, Kafka, Spark, NodeJS, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, AngularJS, ReactJS
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including external partners to analyze and design integration interfaces with other enterprise applications considering performance, data quality and security.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP technology to recommend innovative solutions
- Lead the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system stability
Your experience
- Proven experience working with ERP systems including but not limited to Process Integration, Process Orchestration and Cloud Platform Integration
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices
- Deep understanding of of Web Services and APIs
- Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with global, remote teams to complete execution activities
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge and experience in ERP platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite and their specialized programming languages
- Good knowledge in the account receivable or accounting module of the ERP
