Ideal candidate can:

• Build deep, personal relationships with tech founders to understand their needs and goals.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure members actively engage in peer-led conversations, events, and resources.
• Track member engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues or gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to curate tailored member experiences, perks, and exclusive events.
• Manage and optimize communication channels (app, email, etc.) to keep members informed and connected.
• Continuously gather feedback to improve community offerings, ensuring high retention and value for all members.
