ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton seeks a talented business-oriented Associate Commercial Counsel to join its Legal Department in support of Peloton’s Precor and Commercial sales businesses in the United States. The role will primarily focus on drafting/redlining, negotiation, and organization of vendor and partner sales agreements, and other commercial contracts (including service contracts, statements of work, master license agreements, review of clickthrough terms, etc.), working autonomously, but with escalation to senior attorneys and business leads as needed. This role reports to the Legal Director on the Commercial Legal Team and will be based out of our New York City headquarters office and will be required to comply with our hybrid policy. Currently, hybrid team members report to the office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

- Support other team members in sophisticated commercial contracting matters
- Review contracts and terms and conditions, mark up/draft, negotiate, and close various types of commercial contracts
- Support business clients in negotiating price, deliverables, scope, warranty, and other commercial terms
- Develop and implement best practices and process improvements for various contract initiatives
- Support the business in legal matters that arise from time to time, including policy creation and enforcement, dispute resolution, and contract collection/review if needed for litigation support
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

- Experience with SaaS Agreements and reviewing or drafting vendor terms and conditions
