Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology.
- Intermediate-to-advanced copywriting skills and experience in quality control.
- A strong content creation portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, using metrics to optimize performance.
- Expertise in Meta, Google, and social media best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about content and storytelling, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Create viral, emotionally-driven content rooted in consumer psychology.
- Reverse-engineer popular formats (like group chat-sharing content) to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Oversee the in-house scriptwriter, provide feedback, and test new ad angles.
Consumer Psychology & Market Research:
- Use consumer behavior insights to guide creative decisions, drawing from reviews and social media.
- Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and weave them into strategies.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance, using metrics to refine strategies.
- Work with media buyers and analysts to improve targeting and messaging.
