Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Email Marketing for an eCommerce brand (we will only consider candidates with eCommerce backgrounds).
- Bilingual or native-level fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in marketing and crafting compelling offers, beyond just email campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing Strategy:
- Develop our monthly email marketing content calendar.
- Strategize weekly sales, flash sales, and big seasonal events (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
- Optimize sign-up forms and pop-ups to boost engagement and conversions.
- Continuously improve automated email flows, enhancing cross-selling and retention efforts.
- Optimize email marketing KPIs such as revenue, click-through rates, open rates, and more.
- Leverage A/B testing to refine messaging and improve email performance.
- Report performance metrics to the Operations Manager and contribute to strategic discussions.
Team Management:
- Manage a team consisting of an email marketing implementer, a graphic designer, and a copywriter.
- Oversee the quality of work, especially approving designs and copy.
- Create SOPs for segmentation, campaign scheduling, and quality control.
- Lead and supervise the team to improve both performance and team wellness.
- Ensure KPIs are tracked efficiently and on time.
- Take ownership of hiring and training new team members for the email marketing department.
