We seek a seasoned Sales Leader to head our sales organization, expand our premium seating offerings, and fuel our next growth phase.


What You'll Do:
This is a "zero to one" sales role, meaning you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the foundational sales strategies and playbooks from scratch. Once these frameworks are established, you will build a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to execute the strategy and drive growth.

As the Sales Lead, you will be a key member of our senior management team, responsible for executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and expand our reach within the luxury suites and premium seating market. You’ll lead inside and outside sales efforts, cultivate high-value relationships with corporate clients, and explore new distribution channels to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop foundational sales strategies and playbooks from the ground up for luxury suites and premium seating offerings.
  • Build and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to execute the sales playbooks.
  • Grow existing inside sales efforts, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
  • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Represent SuiteHop at industry events, conferences, and networking groups to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Provide input on company strategy and participate in key planning sessions with the executive team.
  • Monitor competitive and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain SuiteHop’s competitive advantage proactively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from lead generation to event delivery.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required to meet clients, attend events, and oversee sales activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive sales and sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of building sales operations from scratch and successfully implementing strategic sales solutions.
  • Experience working with top-tier enterprise accounts and negotiating large-scale deals.
  • Strong ability to manage both inside and account sales teams, with a focus on growth and performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience with modern Sales tools and CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong data-driven business acumen and an understanding of financial management, including P&L responsibility.
  • Passion for live sports and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the premium seating and luxury suite market.
  • High level of comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
