About Doorway
Doorway is an enterprise-focused software solution that provides corporate credential services as a new digital marketing channel to its clients. Doorway’s clientele includes some of the world’s most recognisable brands, who work hand-in-hand with Doorway to develop an innovative product line. Doorways (our cards) are entirely app-less, and stored in a user’s Apple & Google Wallet. By its nature, this also means that Doorway is contributing to decarbonisation by allowing its users to go paperless for all forms of identity.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and work alongside co-founders and marketing leaders to implement creative roadmaps.
- Serve as the sole in-house performance marketer.
- Manage all digital marketing activities and channels for Doorway, taking a hands-on approach.
- Coordinate with external freelancers for specialised content creation.
- Develop strategies focused on lead generation and sales to achieve business objectives.
- Allocate and optimize budgets to maximise ROI across campaigns.
- Create, test, and refine ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
- Execute SEO and SEM strategies to boost search visibility.
- Target and retarget audience segments for optimal reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep Doorway competitive.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimising digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation and scaling.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and CRM software.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to collaborate on creative roadmaps and produce engaging ad copy and visuals, while working with designers and freelancers when necessary.
- SEO/SEM Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and strategies to drive organic and paid search performance.
- Budget Management: Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
- Audience Targeting: Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and tailoring campaigns to specific demographics and behaviors.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate strategies, insights, and results with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Self-Starter: Able to independently drive projects and campaigns as the sole in-house performance marketer.
