Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive significant organic growth.
• Advanced Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research using advanced tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz, incorporating search intent and competitive analysis to identify high-volume, high-intent keywords.
• On-Page Optimization: Lead the optimization of website content, meta tags, title tags, and other on-page elements, ensuring optimal search engine visibility while prioritizing exceptional user experience.
• Link Building: Develop and execute sophisticated link-building strategies to establish website authority, acquire high-quality backlinks, and build a strong domain profile.
• Data Analytics: Leverage Google Analytics (including GA4), Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to meticulously track website performance, identify emerging SEO trends, and generate insightful reports for data-driven decision-making.
• SEO Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest SEO best practices and algorithm updates through ongoing research and analysis. Proactively implement these advancements to maintain and improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior SEO team members, fostering a collaborative SEO environment and providing guidance on best practices.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with the content team to develop a content strategy that prioritizes SEO best practices, user intent, and content quality.
• Technical SEO: Partner with developers to ensure optimal technical SEO, including leading discussions on page speed improvements, mobile-friendliness, and a well-structured website architecture.
• AI Integration: Explore and integrate Generative AI and other AI tools to enhance keyword research, content creation, and on-page optimization strategies.
• Client Handling: Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional SEO results.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Agency Experience: Leverage experience from working in an agency environment to manage diverse client portfolios and complex SEO campaigns.
• E-commerce SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies specifically tailored for e-commerce platforms to drive online sales and conversions.
• ASO & YouTube SEO: Optimize app store listings and YouTube channels to improve visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (prior experience can substitute for a degree).
• 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in current SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and core ranking factors.
• Extensive experience with advanced keyword research tools, on-page optimization techniques, and sophisticated link-building strategies.
• Mastery of Google Analytics (including GA4), Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for comprehensive SEO reporting, analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable SEO strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• In-depth knowledge of popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Proven experience in client handling, managing multiple projects, and working in an agency environment.
• Expertise in e-commerce SEO, ASO, and YouTube SEO.
