Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at Moldech, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. You will identify, qualify, and close deals with SaaS companies seeking to enhance their sales and customer support functions.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential SaaS clients that align with Moldech's target market.
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Utilize effective lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Sales Process:
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and requirements.
Develop and present compelling sales proposals that highlight the value of Moldech's solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction.
Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential clients.
Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Share best practices and knowledge to optimize the sales process.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
