We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager – KOL to join our team! If you’re passionate about crypto exchange and have a knack for building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the crypto space, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs, traders, and community leaders to promote our exchange platform.
• Develop strategies to drive trading volume and enhance brand visibility through KOL partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging campaigns for KOL audiences.
• Monitor the impact of KOL activities on trading volume and user acquisition, providing regular insights.
• Stay updated on market trends and adjust KOL strategies accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (product, compliance, support) to align KOL initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing within cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven success in managing KOL relationships and driving growth through partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
