About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Sales Associate to join our high-performing Mulberry team.
The successful candidates:
- Will provide every customer with an exceptional customer service experience- Consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs- Use product knowledge to maximise and drive sales- Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network- Are ambassadors for the Mulberry brand and demonstrate passion in all aspects of their role- Ensure VM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to a high standard
