Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to help Halfgram make data-driven decisions. You’ll collect, interpret, and present data to guide strategies in user engagement, growth, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for product teams
• Track user engagement metrics and develop reports for stakeholders
• Conduct data cleaning and preparation to ensure data quality
• Support A/B testing and analyze experimental data
• Present data insights and recommendations clearly and concisely

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Halfgram user (We strongly prefer candidates who are familiar with our community and understand our mission firsthand)
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience with social media or community-based data
• Interest in user-centered design and digital communities
