We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth through lead generation, market research, and supporting our outbound campaign management efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- List Scrubbing:
- Regularly review and clean lead lists to eliminate duplicates and outdated contacts.
- Ensure all leads meet predefined criteria for targeting.
- Contact Scrubbing:
- Verify and validate contact information to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize contacts systematically.
- Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client contacts by micro vertical.
- Analyze data to provide insights and reports to the sales team.
- Outbound Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of outbound marketing campaigns, including email outreach and follow-ups.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future efforts.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Support the team in special projects and/or business development programs as needed.
- Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).
- Previous knowledge and/or experience working with ERP, CRM, or other technology services organizations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
