Your Impact
The Business Transformation, Senior Program Manager is responsible for partnering with cross-functional managers and leadership across the organization to discover, design, build, roll-out, and close cross-functional initiatives while ensuring business outcomes are delivered. They manage and execute complex, transformational programs that deliver high value return to the business.
What You'll Do
- Project Management Strategy: Manages approach and process for projects within a program. Aligns project workstreams and dependencies and manages project resources.
- Lead Project Execution: Manages scope and schedule of a project and the potential risks. Leverages tools and templates provided by the portfolio. Develops appropriate project structure ensuring stakeholders and project team are consistently aligned and prepared throughout the project.
- Change Management: Creates comprehensive change management strategy and plans to drive over-all adoption of strategic initiatives. Leverages change management tools and templates to develop Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plans, and Training Plans.
- Process Mapping: Maps current state and future state business processes. Identifies areas to improve with the given business processes and is able to understand requirements to implement future state solutions. KPI Development and Tracking: Builds and tracks Project KPIs, understanding how they drive and impact ROI to the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Builds partnerships with Executive Stakeholders across DISCO. Effectively communicates to all levels of the organization.
Who You Are
- 5-8+ years of experience
- 2+ years of change management experience
- 2+ years of process management experience
- Experience working with all levels across the organization
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Clear and concise communication and influencing skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
