Project Manager (AI Technical)

Project Manager - AI/ML Initiatives

Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying AI solutions at scale. Drive project execution from conception through deployment while balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and client communication.

Required:

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in ML/AI
• Expert client communicator
• Skilled with Claude/ChatGPT
• Strong understanding of ML development lifecycle, including data requirements, model training, and deployment
• Experience with modern project management tools (Jira, Slack)
• Demonstrated ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders

Technical Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps practices
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI alignment challenges
• Understanding of data privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI principles
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems

Core Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery for AI initiatives
• Develop project roadmaps considering technical dependencies and resource constraints
• Manage stakeholder expectations around AI capabilities and limitations
• Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies for AI-specific challenges
• Foster collaboration between ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams
