About the Team

The Program Management Office (PMO) at DriveWealth is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in project management methodologies and support the team in delivering impactful projects. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to enhance their skills in a dynamic fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Support the PMO team in tracking project milestones and deliverables utilizing tools such as Jira.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on project progress and identifying potential risks.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making processes.
• Help maintain project documentation and assist in the development of project presentations and reports.

What You’ll Need

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence and/or MS-Project) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about project management and the fintech industry.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
• Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
• Must reside in the NY metro area; relocation support will not be provided
• Must be available from Monday, June 2, 2025 to Friday, August 15, 2025
