Summer Intern 2025, Site Reliability Engineering

About the Role

The DriveWealth Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is responsible for frontline support of technology functions, as well as incident and change management, deployments, and verifications. The team collaborates closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of platform availability and partner satisfaction

The internship position will primarily focus on migrating from the current DriveWealth escalation tool, PagerDuty, to OpsGenie, as well as enhancing alert reporting capabilities using Grafana.

What You’ll Do

• Create scripts to forward log messages to Grafana
• Develop Sumo Logic queries
• Build and implement escalation policies.

What You’ll Need

• Intermediate proficiency in shell scripting
• Fundamental understanding of SQL and database structure
• Familiarity with Google Suite
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus
• Introductory experience with the AWS console

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
• Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
• Must reside in NY-metro area, relocation support will not be provided
• Must be available from Monday, June 2, 2025 to Friday, August 15, 2025
