Summer 2025 Intern, Partner Engineering

About the Team:

The Partner Engineering team specializes in managing and optimizing APIs that power seamless integration with financial platforms around the world. As part of this dynamic fintech group, you will gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust solutions that ensure reliable and secure data exchanges through APIs. This position offers a chance to work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, test, and deploy code for various financial applications using Java or Python.
• Leverage code monitoring tools to create dashboards, visualizations, and analyzes to track system traffic and detect errors through Loki Queries
• Investigate and troubleshoot errors, identify bugs, and implement small code fixes as needed
• Collaborate with team members to support the development and maintenance of REST APIs and work with NoSQL databases and manage OpenAPI spec as a bonus

What You’ll Need:

• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency in NoSQL/SQL and one of the following programming languages: Java or Python
• Familiarity with tools such as IntelliJ, GitHub, Postman, and OpenAPI
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or familiarity with REST API development , NoSQL databases and OpenAPI/Loki Query spec is a plus

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
• Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
• Must reside in NY-metro area, relocation support will not be provided
• Must be available from Monday, June 2, 2025 to Friday, August 15, 2025
