It’s like having a brilliant assistant that gives cancer care teams the full picture, helping them make smarter, more informed decisions. We're seeking a visionary technical co-founder/CTO to lead our technology strategy and development of cutting-edge AI solutions for cancer prognosis and treatment planning.

What You'll Do
You'll be the technical brain of our operation, turning complex medical data into clear insights through AI. We're talking about:

• Leading our AI/ML strategy and development
• Building our core platform from the ground up
• Growing and leading our technical team
• Making sure we're building something doctors will actually love using
• Working directly with medical professionals to understand their needs

Who We're Looking For
We need someone who:

• Lives and breathes AI/ML (5+ years experience)
• Has built real-world AI systems that actually work
• Understands healthcare data and its challenges
• Can lead a team and communicate complex ideas simply
• Wants to make a real difference in cancer care

Experience with medical imaging or healthcare AI is a big plus, but not required if you're brilliant at what you do and eager to learn.
