Your Day-to-Day
As a Tech Specialist in Data & AI Engineering, you will design and implement data architectures while integrating AI/ML models into solutions that enable data-driven decisions and automation. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, craft scalable data pipelines, and apply advanced AI techniques, such as generative AI and machine learning, to optimize business processes. Your responsibilities will span the entire data lifecycle and AI pipeline, including ingestion, storage, processing, model development, and deployment.
Must-have Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data engineering (data pipelines, ETL processes) and AI engineering (ML models, generative AI).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), with hands-on experience in data and AI solutions deployment.
- Proficiency in data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as vector databases for AI search systems.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage (data lakes, warehouses) and AI orchestration tools (LangChain, MLOps practices).
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI principles.
- Experience with real-time data processing and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and AI traceability tools (e.g., W&B, LangFuse).
- Hands-on experience in AI solutions for NLP, recommendation systems, and generative AI using tools like Huggingface.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures (data mesh, data fabric) and ethical AI frameworks for fairness and transparency.
- Experience in contributing to AI/ML research or open-source projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
