Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Co-Founder / Software Developer to join our founding team. As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product and driving our vision forward.

Compensation: This position offers a unique opportunity for equity participation rather than a fixed salary. We are offering flexible remote work that allows you to set your own hours rather than following a mandated schedule. An equity agreement will be granted to ensure your contributions are aligned with the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help us modify and quickly adapt our platform to meet customer demands.
• Take ownership of completing our MVP and providing continuous enhancements.
• Be the sole contributor initially, with the opportunity to build and lead a technical team over time.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define the product vision and roadmap.
• Identify and implement the latest technologies to enhance our platform.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a software developer, ideally in a startup environment.
• A passion for mobility and technology, with a desire to solve real-world problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to take calculated risks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something impactful from the ground up.
• Bachelor’s degree or related studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
