We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Commission-Only Salesperson with a hunter mentality to join our growing team. This is a remote role with a focus on generating new business and expanding VistaBee’s presence in the real estate market.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business: Actively seek out and establish relationships with real estate agencies, property developers, and other potential clients.
- Sales Outreach: Use various channels such as cold-calling, networking events, social media, and industry contacts to reach decision-makers and close deals.
- Client Consultations: Provide in-depth consultations to clients about VistaBee’s services, addressing their needs and explaining the benefits of our visual content solutions.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and converting prospects into customers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in real estate marketing and identify opportunities to expand VistaBee’s services.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and to optimise lead generation efforts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in CRM tools.
Essential Skills:
- Hunter Mentality: You thrive on closing deals, driving new business, and are relentlessly focused on winning.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a commission-based sales role, ideally in real estate, media, or related industries.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, tailoring your pitch to the client’s needs.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and taking initiative to meet and exceed targets.
- Networking Abilities: Skilled in building relationships and generating leads through various channels, including cold outreach.
- Negotiation Skills: Confident in negotiating deals and managing client expectations.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple prospects, track progress, and follow up effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate or marketing industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive]
- Understanding of digital marketing and video production.
