Health and Wellness Coach

Meto Health is looking for a passionate Health and Wellness Coach to work directly with clients in achieving their lifestyle and wellness goals. As part of the Meto team, you will use your expertise in nutrition, exercise, and healthy habit formation to create personalized wellness plans that support clients’ metabolic health journeys. Our ideal candidate is driven, empathetic, and committed to helping clients make sustainable changes toward a healthier lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with clients to identify challenges, set wellness goals, and develop practical strategies for achieving them.
Educate clients on the fundamentals of balanced nutrition, exercise, and effective wellness habits.
Create tailored wellness plans that account for clients' specific needs, including any health concerns or previous injuries.
Provide ongoing motivation, support, and accountability to clients as they work toward their goals.
Collaborate with Meto’s team of providers, including doctors and dietitians, to ensure holistic, well-rounded support for each client.

Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
Certification from a recognized health coach organization (preferred).
Experience working as a health and wellness consultant or coach.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people improve their health.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
