Role Overview

We're seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving BMEC’s growth. While this position is unpaid, it offers a 25% commission on all revenue generated, allowing for substantial income growth with no cap. This role is ideal for a candidate who sees themselves as a key driver of growth and change.

The CRO will be responsible for expanding our client base, implementing effective sales strategies, and enhancing our marketing and sales infrastructure. With existing tools in place, you'll have the autonomy to develop a comprehensive system to drive revenue and scale our programs. The CRO will not just be selling but will also help shape BMEC’s growth strategy. You'll be directly impacting BMEC’s future and reputation in the executive coaching space and will have a say in the overall direction, especially with group coaching programs and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and close new group coaching and corporate contracts to drive revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute a sales strategy focused on scaling BMEC’s offerings in group and corporate coaching programs.
  • Marketing Infrastructure: Assess and expand our current marketing infrastructure to support sales growth, leveraging and building upon tools already in place.
  • Partnership Building: Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with key industry stakeholders to expand BMEC’s reach.
  • Revenue Tracking: Regularly monitor, report, and optimize revenue streams to maximize growth potential.

What You Bring

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in sales, ideally in executive coaching, corporate services, assessments, or similar fields, with a history of closing large deals.
  • Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing infrastructure and the ability to build out efficient systems for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You're a self-starter who thrives in a commission-based, results-driven environment with a strong network in leadership or coaching industries.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and develop actionable steps to achieve growth in line with BMEC’s mission. You’re a visionary who sees growth opportunities and can execute them to build a legacy in executive coaching.
