Your role will be
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You’ll collaborate with sales and marketing teams, helping expand cuid’s market presence across LatAm, MENA and SEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect research and identification.
- Qualify potential clients and partners.
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
- Build relationships with decision-makers to drive new business.
- Consistently meet lead generation and sales targets.
Who we’re looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills in English (ideally Spanish).
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience with outbound communication tools (Appollo.io, Instantly) and AI tools (clay.com) is a major plus.
- Passion for tech and security solutions.
