Ernest Values
Our values guide our decisions and actions, acting as the foundation of our culture and north star for our team:
Numbers Before Narratives. At Ernest, we believe in letting data lead the way. We make decisions using numbers and data, not stories.
Built for Battle. Ernest is not just prepared for challenges; we thrive on them. We have a bias for action because we believe if we don’t act there may not be a tomorrow.
Act with Purpose and Urgency. We prioritize ruthlessly and pursue relentlessly because the future is not guaranteed. We always act as if our company, colleagues, and clients are at risk.
Think Like an Owner. Everyone takes 100% responsibility for achieving the mission. We never assume that someone else will do something. We all believe that things that may not be our fault or part of our job description are still our responsibility.
Communicate Concisely. We are both direct and succinct. We make it easy for our colleagues to understand what we mean and what we need to get done.
Always Ask How - Not If - We Can Do It."Impossible" is not in our vocabulary. We approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, asking "how" we can overcome, not "if" we can. We expect things to be hard, but remain optimistic and determined.
