Scalarにおいては、 データの信頼性に関する課題を解決する汎用的なミドルウェア製品、および、お客様の課題をより直接的に解決するドメイン特化型アプリケーション・ミドルウェア製品を開発しています。

私たちは、Scalarのソフトウェア製品を多くの人に使ってもらうことをミッションとした、デベロッパーアドボケイトを募集しています。

業務内容：
・製品を学習し、製品説明・使い方・ベストプラクティス等をWebinarやドキュメント、ブログ等で配信
・顧客およびパートナーにおけるエンジニアの教育
・デモアプリケーション構築や試用を簡単にするツールの開発
・社内外のエンジニア関連イベント（カンファレンス・ミートアップ・社内勉強会、採用説明会等）への登壇
・技術ブランディング施策の立案と実行（ブログやSNSでの情報発信、メディアへの情報露出、学会や外部団体への協賛等）
・上記を通じて得られた知見・要望を製品チームへフィードバック

・高いコミュニケーション能力

Scalar has been developing general database middleware that addresses reliability challenges and domain-specific middleware that directly resolves customers' pain points.

We are looking for a Develop Advocate who works on making many people use Scalar products properly and easily.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the products and write documents about the features, usage, and best practices.
• Educate our customers' and partners' engineers.
• Create demo applications and tools/scripts to make trial use easy.
• Present our technology in external tech events (e.g., tech conferences, meetups, study groups, and hiring sessions)
• Plan and execute strategies for brand establishment.

Requirements:

• Experience in software development
• Experience in presenting at tech conferences
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English or Japanese

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in technical writing (e.g., experience in writing technical manuals, books, and papers)
• Experience in enterprise business
• Experience in technical branding
• Experience in product management
• Business level fluency in languages other than the mother tongue
