We think that the majority of health products online are just a bunch of garbage with fancy labels trying to sell trendy items for a quick buck. We make the best products we possibly can to help humans eat like humans. We believe that animal-based nutrition is the cornerstone for proper human health. We exist to make adhering to this lifestyle easy and delicious.

We also are passionate proponents of regenerative agriculture. Regenerative agriculture is the only way we can produce food indefinitely. The vast majority of how we currently produce food is destroying our ecosystems which we depend on for survival. The more we support regenerative agriculture, the more we support a food system that can continue to feed people in the future. There is no other option.

Eating a hyper local and seasonal diet is the best way to approach nutrition, but the reality is most food is purchased in packaged form. We aim to drive a wedge into that industry by sourcing from the best farms, making the best products, and displacing those that cut corners and sell lies.

If we’re successful with Lineage Provisions, we will help transition farms from conventional to regenerative agriculture, all while nourishing the people who are supporting us to do so. And we need your help!

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the founders, Dr. Paul Saladino and Dr. Anthony Gustin (founded Heart & Soil, Perfect Keto, Equip Foods), alongside our GM, Marketing Manager and Social & Community Manager to recruit, activate, manage and build relationships with top-performing influencers, affiliates and VIPs to drive profitable growth for Lineage.

⚙️ Your responsibilities:

Day to day management and execution of all things related to the Lineage affiliate program. You will be in charge of recruiting and onboarding qualified partners, ensuring they receive products to try, building and managing long-term relationships with top affiliates, ensuring affiliates have everything they need to share the Lineage story, tracking performance and partnering with leadership on how to continuously raise the bar.

• Build a well-oiled machine for finding, vetting, recruiting and onboarding affiliates who align with the Lineage brand
• Create and maintain an up-to-date media kit with examples and copy points so that affiliates are armed with any information they need to tell our story
• Own the Lineage Tribe newsletter, to keep affiliates in our ecosystem updated on the latest Lineage happenings
• Send free products to prospects to try and ensure they have a world-class unboxing experience
• Leveraging influencer management software, Notion and/or Google Sheets, maintain a highly organized and constantly updated CRM / workflow that tracks each affiliate through the onboarding process
• Partner with leadership to develop the overall strategy for affiliates, influencers, VIPs and customer ambassadors
• Come up with new and innovative ways to get our Tribe of affiliates and partners to share the Lineage story
• Engage with top-performers to leverage their content for use in paid whitelisting campaigns
• Build an accurate and methodical way to track performance and ROI of the overall program, working with leadership to ensure it aligns with overall marketing goals
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to measure ROI and optimize future campaigns
• Conduct monthly reporting and optimization exercises to keep efficient partners performing well, and to help get inefficient partners back on track
• Support our small-but-mighty marketing team with other initiatives, as needed

✅ Requirements

• 3+ Years in affiliate-focused influencer management at a DTC consumer goods brand
• Experience using a creator-focused CRM / outreach tool (Grin, Saral, Superfiliate, Social Snowball, etc.)
• Write "24" in the application under the question "What is your favorite number?"
• Strong influencer affiliate ROI / performance modeling skills using Google Sheets
• Highly personable, relationship-oriented and passionate about the space
• Expert knowledge of paid media / influencer / partnership trends within DTC
• Highly organized, analytical and autonomous
