Suppliers can manage trade credit applications electronically, eliminating paperwork. Meanwhile, buyers gain access to digital payment portals and financing options, allowing instant payment and extended net terms.
Job Description
This is a remote position.
*NetNow is seeking a Chief of Staff to join our fast growing talented team committed to modernizing the construction industry. *
Our ideal candidate is fueled by a passion for entrepreneurship and aims to start their own company within the next few years. They’ll work closely with our founding team, leading key initiatives and taking on a wide range of responsibilities with a "get it done" attitude and a strong bias for action. At our stage, it’s 99% execution and 1% strategy—so they’ll be ready to dive in, whether it’s tackling strategic priorities or rolling up their sleeves for hands-on work. No task is too big or too small!
Here’s an example of some the projects you could lead:
*Lead customer onboarding processes – ensure a seamless experience for our clients from day one.
*Manage partnerships with trade associations – strengthen and expand our strategic alliances.
*Develop and refine financial models – provide key insights to support decision-making and growth.
*Build and execute our go-to-market (GTM) function – drive our strategy for market entry and expansion.
*Attend conferences across North America – represent our brand, network, and stay on top of industry trends.
We know that our people are indispensable to achieving our mission, and strive to build an inclusive environment that enables everyone to do their best work. In that spirit, we deliberately hire people from all walks of life -- including race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status -- and from all parts of the United States and Canada. If you’re motivated by our mission and eager to contribute to our team and culture, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
*Minimum 1-2 years of full-time work experience post-undergraduate degree – ideally in a startup, consulting firm, investment banking, or a similar fast-paced environment.
*Strategic thinker with strong execution skills – able to balance high-level planning with hands-on tasks.
*Proven project management experience – skilled at coordinating cross-functional initiatives and meeting deadlines.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – adept at working with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
*Strong analytical and financial acumen – comfortable with data analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
*Adaptable and resourceful – thrives in a dynamic, high-growth setting and is ready to take on varied responsibilities.
*Bias for action with a “get it done” mindset – proactive in identifying solutions and driving initiatives forward.
