About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a Solutions Engineer who’s ready to dive in and make an impact.

Here’s the headlines of what you will be working on:

Sales and client relationship:

  • collaborate with sales team on business opportunities

  • deliver technical presentations and demos to prospects

  • respond to RFP's and technical inquiries

  • act as trusted technical advisor to clients and prospects

  • identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Product development and technical expertise:

  • drive product evolution based on customer feedback

  • collaborate with product management on feature prioritization

  • maintain deep knowledge of Siena’s offerings and industry trends

  • provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers

Implementation and integration:

  • design custom solutions for client needs

  • oversee complex implementations and resolve technical issues

  • design and execute POC's, analyzing results for improvements

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • work with engineering, product, and support teams

  • participate in cycle planning and product roadmap discussions

  • facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Documentation and knowledge sharing:

  • create and maintain technical documentation

  • develop internal training sessions

  • contribute to company knowledge base

Join Us If You:

  • Have 3-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Are technically savvy and can simplify complex concepts for others.

  • Have a proven track record in client relationship management and advisory roles.

  • Possess excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bonus Points if you:

  • Are familiar with AI technologies and industry trends

  • Have experience in CX in an e-commerce ecosystem
