We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Executive Specialist to join our team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving the company’s organic search rankings, driving traffic to the website, and optimizing web pages for search engines. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to implement strategies that improve visibility and site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Perform keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines (on-page SEO).
Implement technical SEO strategies, including site architecture, crawlability, mobile optimization, and site speed improvements.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, link-building opportunities, and areas for growth.
Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all web properties.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-leading platforms.
Stay up to date with search engine algorithms and SEO trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including link building, guest posting, and social signals.
Create and maintain SEO performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Knowledge of keyword research tools and link-building strategies.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with local SEO and optimizing Google My Business listings.
Familiarity with SEM/PPC campaigns is a plus.
