About the job
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new customers by setting up accounts and providing necessary information
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement
- Working closely with the Customer Success team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Conducting product training sessions for customers to ensure they are utilizing the product to its fullest potential
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer needs are being met
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Calling users and collecting feedback to understand what can be improved in the product
Other requirements:
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer issues
Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Social, who can form relationships easily, PROACTIVE, Resourceful, Excellent team player, great communicator, driven.
Knowledge of customer success principles and practices is a plus
Be available to work full-time during the internship period
