Customer Success Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the onboarding process of new customers by setting up accounts and providing necessary information
2. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement
3. Working closely with the Customer Success team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
4. Conducting product training sessions for customers to ensure they are utilizing the product to its fullest potential
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer needs are being met
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
7. Calling users and collecting feedback to understand what can be improved in the product

Other requirements:

1. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams

2. Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer issues

3. Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

4. Social, who can form relationships easily, PROACTIVE, Resourceful, Excellent team player, great communicator, driven.

5. Knowledge of customer success principles and practices is a plus

6. Be available to work full-time during the internship period
