The Role:
We're on the lookout for a Financial Accounts Specialist – a numbers wizard who's as passionate about precision as we are about technology. You'll be the maestro of money matters, ensuring our financial operations hum with efficiency and compliance. From payroll management to mastering statutory compliances and maintaining immaculate books of accounts, your role is pivotal to our prosperity.

Key Responsibilities:
Books of Accounts:
Maintain pristine Books of Accounts that reflect our financial health with clarity and precision.

Statutory Compliances:
Ensure strict adherence to financial compliances including TDS, GST, and PF, keeping us aligned with the law and best practices.

Payroll Management:
Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring every team member is rewarded accurately and on time.

Financial Reporting:
Utilize Tally and Advanced Excel to create reports that provide insightful financial data to aid decision-making.

Audit Assistance:
Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth and successful audits, reflecting our commitment to transparency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:
A financial aficionado with hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, and account management.A Tally and Advanced Excel guru who can manipulate data to reveal the story behind the numbers.A compliance connoisseur with a keen understanding of financial regulations and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com or professional with equivalent experience in finance and accounts.Proven track record of managing payroll and compliance within a dynamic business environment.Mastery of Tally and Advanced Excel.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
